As Vice President, Research, Development & Technology, you will report to the CEO and serve on the Executive Leadership Team. You will guide innovation strategy, applications development, intellectual property, and the technology roadmap. Your work will support EcoSphere®, SurfLock™, and Bioform™ commercialization, renewable-material adoption, and manufacturing scale-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute EcoSynthetix innovation and technology strategy
- Lead commercialization of EcoSphere®, SurfLock™, and Bioform™ platforms
- Build strategic customer and partner relationships
- Drive products from concept through manufacturing scale-up




- Lead intellectual property strategy and technology portfolio expansion

Requirements:

- Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, materials science, or related discipline
- 15+ years leading industrial R&D;, product development, and commercialization
- Record of customer-driven innovation and technology commercialization
- Experience in biomaterials, polymers, adhesives, coatings, paper, or packaging
- Outstanding leadership, commercial, and communication skills
