Own frontline IT support at iN STUDIO, using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 to keep staff productive across daily operations.

As an IT Specialist, you will manage user support, Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 administration, and network access. The hands-on position requires proven technical experience, solid customer service, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a highly dynamic setting. You will document fixes, support internal clients, and escalate complex issues with clear context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage IT requests and prioritise work for staff productivity
- Enrol and manage Windows devices through Microsoft Intune
- Administer Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online
- Support remote access,



including RD Gateway and VPN connectivity
- Document fixes and maintain operations manuals and knowledge articles

Requirements:

- Three to five years of hands-on IT support experience
- Current Microsoft Intune enrolment and administration experience
- Microsoft 365 administration skills across specified services
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
