Afternoon-shift Senior Millwright work at Napoleon focuses on CNC machinery, PLC equipment, robotics, and advanced automated manufacturing systems.

This permanent position supports a highly technical fabrication facility. The Senior Millwright installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs complex equipment while coaching millwrights, electricians, apprentices, and machine specialists. The work covers mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain CNC, robotic, and PLC-driven equipment
- Diagnose machinery issues and perform emergency repairs
- Fabricate, weld, machine, calibrate, and align components
- Lead maintenance planning with production and engineering teams
- Coach apprentices, technicians, and machine specialists

Requirements:

- Red Seal or Ontario 433A Millwright certification
- Certificate of Apprenticeship and relevant trade-school completion
- Five-plus years post-certification experience with automated machinery
- Experience troubleshooting Amada CNC equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work confined spaces
