As a Senior Product Specialist, you will develop and maintain products, underwriting rules, and risk selection across portfolios. You will support change projects, product research, solution feasibility, and deliverable execution. Your work helps address business objectives through insurance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product expertise for change projects and policy systems
- Analyze portfolio issues and quantify potential solutions
- Identify project interconnectivity, impacts, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate requirements meetings with stakeholders and external partners




- Coach staff and assess recent product functionality

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in insurance underwriting, claims, or analytics
- Related diploma or degree and CIP or FCIP progress
- Expertise in products, policy wordings, and insurance legislation
- Strong agile experience; Agile certification is an asset
- English proficiency for non-francophone teams outside Québec
