This Project Manager role supports a major mechanical construction project for Modern Niagara. You will manage project budgets, schedules, resources, client relationships, safety standards, and quality expectations. The position requires plumbing contracting experience, construction document interpretation, forecasting, procurement, and commissioning coordination. Work includes collaboration with foremen, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and suppliers throughout execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and financial targets
- Procure equipment and subcontractors, then create purchase orders




- Prepare financial forecasts and participate in status reviews
- Coordinate commissioning for project equipment and systems
- Maintain safety standards and communicate field progress

Requirements:

- Minimum five years managing plumbing mechanical contracting projects
- Post-secondary mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Read and interpret construction drawings and documents
- Use Microsoft Office and computerized scheduling packages
- Understand construction costs, budgets, scheduling, and project management
