Design ultra high-performance electronic products as a Principal Hardware Engineer, specializing in high-speed signaling and complex electrical systems.

Own complete EE hardware design within a One Person One Board culture. This Principal-level position covers products from inception through volume production. Collaborate with Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products
- Create BOMs and participate with vendor negotiators
- Complete circuit, board design, development, and validation
- Support customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining
- Provide technical leadership to a small design team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 12+ years of related experience
- Experience with 112G+ SerDes signaling
- Experience with 1kW+ PCB power and thermal issues
- Experience owning complex products through volume production
