As a Site Superintendent with Kindred Construction, you will manage projects alongside a Project Manager and Consultants. The work includes site personnel leadership, plan interpretation, issue resolution, and coordination across construction activities. You will support quality projects while maintaining required standards, schedules, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and direct all site personnel
- Interpret plans and specifications for site teams
- Direct trade contractors and establish effective schedules

Requirements:

- Five or more years of successful technical experience
