As Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll leadership, governance, reporting, and controls across a complex construction environment. The position partners with Human Resources, Operations, Finance, IT, and external advisors. Responsibilities include Canadian payroll legislation, U.S. payroll taxation, internal controls, reconciliations, and continuous improvement.

- Lead, coach, and support the payroll team
