Lead safe well start-ups, facility commissioning, and pipeline operations near Slave Lake, Alberta, on an 8/6 rotation. Mentor operators and support operational readiness.

This full time Special Operator role supports Roska DBO Inc. field operations through commissioning, start-up, and production activities. You will work with Lead Operators, Production Foremen, Engineering, Construction, and Integrity teams. The position requires strong oil and gas field operations experience, troubleshooting ability, and regulatory knowledge. It also supports workforce development through training, mentorship, and CMDS validation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead well and pad start-ups through stabilization and turnover
- Commission temporary equipment and support operational integration
- Coordinate permits, turnover agreements,



and construction activities
- Execute pigging, batching, and pipeline start-up programs
- Maintain logs, reports, readings, and commissioning documentation

Requirements:

- Ten-plus years of oil and gas experience
- At least five years of field operations experience
- Experience with well start-ups and facility commissioning
- Knowledge of OH&S;, AER, and Ground Disturbance requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and required safety training
