As District Manager, you will oversee daily operations, financial commitments, customer service, and regulatory compliance. You will guide leaders, develop employees, manage succession planning, and maintain relationships with consultants, building owners, property managers, and the union. The work includes elevator industry codes, labour laws, workforce agreements, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Elevator or construction industry experience
- Strong general management experience and P&L; understanding
- Bachelor's degree or extensive equivalent experience
- Proven success building, leading, and developing teams
- Valid driver's license and regional travel ability
