Lead 0-to-1 product development at Baselane, using customer research and AI tools in a hybrid Toronto work model.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will explore new customer segments and adjacent markets for Baselane’s financial platform. You will uncover underserved problems, validate opportunities, and develop products for individual landlords and real estate investors. The work spans discovery, experimentation, product development, launch, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research customer workflows, motivations, pain points, and financial needs
- Evaluate markets, competition, business data, and revenue opportunities
- Test hypotheses through experiments, prototypes, and lightweight MVPs
- Own products from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Lead a dedicated Product Design and Engineering pod

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience building and launching 0-to-1 products
- Exceptional customer curiosity and research skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including SQL
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation
