PAC is growing. We're hiring an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Vaughan. You'll report to Amitava Roy, Chief Estimator, and work in our Vaughan office, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a recent position, not an existing vacancy.

What you'll do

- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs
- Prepare elemental estimates (Classes B, C and D)
- Carry out quantity take-offs
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards
- Keep a directory of suppliers and trade contractors up to date
- Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes to cost estimates

The work you'll price

- Commercial, industrial and institutional projects, including public tenders
- Multi-residential and condominium work
- Under general contracting and design-build

Certificates and memberships

- An asset: Gold Seal certification, or membership in CIQS or the Professional Corporation for Estimators

Pay

- $90,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
- Paramedical services coverage
- Bonus
