As an IT Applications Support Analyst, you will support and optimise applications for production scheduling, inventory, procurement, traceability, and quality assurance. You will work with production, engineering, and quality teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. The position is line-managed by the IT Applications Engineer and IT Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support ERP applications used across production and supply chain
- Resolve application issues in production and test environments
- Manage configurations, access, and system integrations




- Test and deploy application updates and current modules
- Resolve service tickets with the IT support team

Requirements:
