Ontario Northland is seeking a Manager Rail Training Programs in North Bay/Englehart/Cochrane to lead regulatory training for non-operating rail staff. You will manage training records, supervise Rail Technical Trainers and Track/Machinery Trainers, and ensure programs meet regulatory and departmental standards.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Instructional Design, 3–5 years rail training experience, CROR D, and solid leadership skills.
