CarePartners seeks an Operations Manager for Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, and Brant. You will support daily client services, case management, human resources, and claims management while following policies, legislation, and contracts. The position reports to the Director of Operations and may involve regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, coach, and evaluate management team members
- Support recruitment, development, and performance management activities
- Review audits and recommend administrative improvements
- Monitor service standards, compliance, quality, and risk practices
- Represent the branch with purchasers and community agencies
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration in positive standing
- Three to six years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and required background checks
