Analyze internal controls and corporate functions as an Associate Internal Auditor supporting Societe Generale’s expanding Montreal Audit presence. Use risk assessment and compliance expertise.

This Associate supports the Corporate Functions and Compliance Internal Audit team at Societe Generale. The work covers Legal, Human Resources, Culture and Conduct, Compliance, Payments, Accounting, and operational risk frameworks. You will contribute to audit planning, control evaluation, reporting, issue follow-up, and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in continuous monitoring meetings and annual risk assessments
- Plan audits with the Corporate Functions and Compliance team
- Analyze processes, procedures, risks, and internal controls




- Prepare work papers and draft audit findings
- Track open audit and regulatory issues

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with internal audit or regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to analyze large data sets using creative tools
