Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the FPSO Operations Readiness Execution Plan
- Lead in-country readiness teams across disciplines
- Align project, commissioning, and operations design inputs
- Manage pre-operations CAPEX and budget submissions
- Support handover, RFSA, and technical assurance activities

Requirements:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant engineering
- Relevant experience may replace educational requirements
- Experience in oil and gas operational management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid analytical skills for readiness activities
