This Grad++ prospect is for doctoral students graduating by August 2027. You will explore advanced machine learning technologies addressing complex real-world problems for Atlassian products. The work includes research, experimentation, and model development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design machine learning system and model architectures

Requirements:

- Computer Science or relevant technical bachelor's degree
- Full time doctorate enrollment with August 2027 graduation
- Strong foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and optimization
- Research, publishing, and large-scale model development experience
- Python, PyTorch, and machine learning framework proficiency preferred
