Deliver HIV and HCV clinical care as a Nurse Practitioner with The Gilbert Centre, supporting clients through flexible 0.6–0.8 FTE scheduling. Use assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counselling skills in a hands-on clinical setting.

This experienced Nurse Practitioner role serves people living with or at risk of HIV and hepatitis C. You will work within a multidisciplinary team guided by harm reduction, client autonomy, and health equity. Care includes treatment initiation, ongoing management, referrals, education, and follow-up planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct focused and in-depth clinical assessments
- Diagnose conditions and initiate appropriate treatments
- Provide health education, counselling, and ongoing management




- Review referrals and assess treatment eligibility
- Document assessments, procedures, contacts, and follow-up

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario Extended Class registration
- Valid certificate of registration in good standing
- Minimum five years of clinical experience
- Solid HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C care understanding
- Experience with diverse, marginalized, and underserved populations
