As a Supervisor, you will guide large-scale HR, organizational, and Human Capital Management transformations. You will help clients assess current capabilities, design future-state solutions, and achieve strategic outcomes across the employee lifecycle. Your work spans operating models, technology enablement, and workforce optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale HR and organizational transformation projects
- Redesign HR operating models and support HRIS implementations
- Develop recommendations for talent, change, and employee experience




- Manage cross-functional teams and client delivery
- Facilitate workshops and co-create future-state solutions

Requirements:

- Six-plus years in human capital consulting
- Experience with large-scale HR or HCM transformations
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada
