Analytical accident benefits claims work awaits at Millennium Insurance, where customer service and investigation support a care-first transition. This is a two-year fixed-term opportunity.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will investigate and manage Section B claims arising from accidents before January 1, 2027. The work includes coverage review, medical expense evaluation, documentation analysis, and stakeholder communication. You will help move legacy claims toward timely, accurate, and compliant resolution while gaining experience during the transition to care-first.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate accident benefit claims through statements, interviews, and documentation
- Review coverage and determine liability under applicable policies
- Evaluate medical, rehabilitation, and Total Disability payment claims
- Coordinate with providers,



examiners, legal representatives, and specialists
- Maintain accurate files, reports, updates, and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of accident benefit claims handling experience
- Knowledge of auto policies, Section B perks, regulations, and procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with claims software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, organization, empathy, and prioritization abilities
