Miratech is seeking an Information Scientist to design and optimize the information architecture for effective knowledge retrieval in Genesys Cloud AI. You will shape taxonomy, metadata models, content structure, and search optimization to ensure accurate retrieval by agents, self-service users, and AI-powered solutions.

You will analyze knowledge bases, logs, and user behavior to close gaps, define guidelines, and establish ownership with the client’s team.
