Own freight accounts at AMZ Prep using customer relationship management and data-driven commercial judgment across North America.

As Freight Account Manager, you manage assigned non-Pattern freight accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Middle Mile Plus, internal transfers, and standard freight. You own retention, revenue, gross profit, account growth, and service performance. The position combines freight pricing, carrier sourcing, customer reviews, escalation management, and collaboration with dispatch and operations. Use Front, Relay, and Google Sheets to maintain communication, visibility, and account analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned freight portfolios and primary customer relationships
- Grow revenue while protecting targeted gross profit margins
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Resolve escalations, disputes,



and service issues
- Coordinate approved freight movements with Dispatch

Requirements:

- Experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or 3PL account management
- Ability to independently manage and grow customer portfolios
- Understanding of freight pricing, carrier sourcing, and gross profit
- Solid negotiation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, transportation management systems, and communication platforms
