With over 10 years in the facility maintenance industry, we have grown from a company of one to a team of 40+ employees — including service technicians, office support staff, and sales representatives.The RoleWe are seeking a Door Technician to perform a variety of service calls for our commercial customers. Working safely and efficiently, you will install, maintain, and repair high-speed doors, sectional doors, operators, gates, dock levelers, and related equipment.What You'll DoDiagnose, service, and repair commercial doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, operators, dock levelers, and gate systemsInstall new equipment and components at customer sitesMaintain accurate digital work orders and communicate job status in real timeUphold safety standards on every job siteRepresent Sylvester's professionally with every customer interactionParticipate in on-call rotation as neededWhat We're Looking ForTwo (2) or more years of recent experience as a Door Technician preferredWelding experience a plusCompensationSylvester's Maintenance and Mechanical offers competitive pay commensurate with experience. Specific compensation details, including hourly rate or salary range,
