Apply advanced Excel and reconciliation skills as an Operations Accountant supporting Live Nation Entertainment’s live shows. Work directly with promoters, artists, and production teams.

This Operations Accountant owns full-cycle accounting for each show, from pre-settlement through month-end reporting. You will record settlement entries, review transactions, reconcile payables and receivables, and finalize show profitability. The role uses Oracle or Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and AI or automation tools to reduce manual work. Experience in live entertainment, events, or high-volume transactional environments is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
- Enter settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
- Prepare artist wires, venue expenses,



and shared revenues
- Reconcile revenues, costs, accruals, and receivable balances
- Complete month-end close and report contribution margins

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Strength reconciling payables, receivables, accruals, and cash
- Solid Oracle or Salesforce capability and advanced Excel
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and show-related travel
