As Manager of Payroll and Benefits, you will manage end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration across four jurisdictions. Your work will cover statutory compliance, tax withholding, remittances, year-end reporting, and employee support. You will also contribute to variable compensation, month-end close, reporting, controls, and process improvement in Loopio’s AI-forward workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and review payroll accurately across four jurisdictions
- Manage pay calendars, changes, terminations, and final payments
- Oversee benefits enrolments, invoices, reconciliations, and renewals




- Prepare compensation accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Maintain compliance controls, reporting, and payroll procedures

Requirements:

- Seven years managing payroll and benefits globally
- Canadian Payroll Association PCP or CPM designation
- Canadian payroll legislation and tax knowledge
- Commission calculation and variable compensation experience
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills
