The Product Operations Manager translates visual merchandising priorities into locally relevant execution across the store. You will lead product flow, inventory routines, promotions, and operational standards while supporting sales, engagement, loyalty, and profitability. The role also develops employees and reinforces Indigo’s customer service model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead store-level product operations priorities and operational plans
- Drive inventory management, product flow, and merchandising execution
- Coach teams using Indigo Experience and R.E.A.D. practices




- Communicate priorities through Employee Hub and communication boards
- Support labour planning, workload management, and operational consistency

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of progressive specialty retail leadership experience
- Experience leading operational, inventory, or merchandising processes
- Ability to interpret sales, inventory, shrink, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain teams
- Flexible schedule and ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
