Randstad seeks a full time salaried Health and Safety Coordinator reporting to the Material and Safety Manager. You will support shop floor and office safety across equipment serving Oil and Gas and Utilities industries. The work emphasizes compliance registries, safety documentation, Alberta OHS requirements, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, and Avetta compliance registries
- Update safety manuals, procedures, and hazard assessments
- Compile metrics and coordinate annual COR audits
- Lead investigations, shop walks, and monthly inspections




- Conduct orientations and schedule employee safety training

Requirements:

- Three to five years of dedicated industrial safety experience
- Welding, heavy fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industrial shop experience
- Active NCSO designation or OHS certificate or diploma preferred
- Working knowledge of Alberta OHS Act, Regulation, and Code
- Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
