This experienced Nursery Manager will oversee the setting’s continued success and day-to-day management. You will lead the Early Years team, maintain high standards of care and education, and ensure effective EYFS delivery. The role also covers safeguarding, compliance, quality monitoring and operational performance.

- Lead, motivate and develop the Early Years team

Requirements:

- Established experience as a Nursery Manager
- Ability to balance quality, people and operations
- Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety standards
- Ability to monitor practice through audits and reviews
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
