As a Platform Support Analyst III, you will build, develop, and support MFT solutions. You will oversee technical operations, investigate issues, and collaborate with incident management, software development, and technology teams. The work includes active and on-call 24x7 production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide active and on-call 24x7 production support
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate production platform issues
- Deploy MFT code, configurations, and scripts
- Install and upgrade application server software




- Implement disaster recovery procedures and documentation

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in information technology or related discipline
- At least three years supporting in-house and vendor applications
- One or more years with enterprise MFT solutions
- Basic Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, and database knowledge
- Proficiency with Shell, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting
