As Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will guide design, implementation, and maintenance for CoverGo’s insurance enterprise software solutions. Provide technical direction, collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, and mentor junior developers. Shape scalable architecture using microservices, clean architecture, and Domain-Driven Design while supporting a global no-code insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead insurance software design, implementation, and maintenance
- Guide technology selection, architecture, and engineering best practices

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years as a Full Stack Engineer
- Two-plus years in a lead or manager role
- Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker
- Experience with Vue.js and/or React.js
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, testing, security, and compliance
