Lead pharmaceutical production at Novocol Pharma in Cambridge, Ontario, using people management and GMP expertise onsite during the night shift.

As Production Supervisor II, you oversee shift operations, material flow, human resources, documentation, training, equipment, and in-process IPQC testing. You support company objectives while following Standard Operating Procedures and Valuable Manufacturing Practices. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate shift changeovers, resources, supplies, cleanliness, and organization
- Maintain production-floor presence and resolve output issues
- Investigate quality deviations and revise GMP documentation
- Coordinate employee training and cross-training plans




- Complete batch record reviews and daily shift reports

Requirements:

- Degree in science, engineering, or a related discipline
- Three years’ related pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- One year of combined management experience
- Leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Availability for all shifts and legal work authorization
