Lead Altrom Distribution Center operations in Scarborough through inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and hands-on team leadership.

As Warehouse Manager, you will support Warehouse Supervisors and oversee daily distribution centre operations. Your work will cover inventory management, supplier coordination, customer relationships, operational reporting, and continuous improvement. You will also uphold workplace safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Warehouse Supervisors across daily operations
- Oversee receiving, storage, accuracy, and timely goods movement
- Coordinate suppliers and internal teams for effective distribution
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and manage departmental budgets
- Ensure warehouse equipment operates safely and compliantly

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- Leadership experience managing teams and performance
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Experience monitoring KPIs, budgets, and operational results
- Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office
