Lead MDC distribution shifts at Wolseley Canada using warehouse supervision, safety leadership, and delivery-order coordination from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Support accurate shipping communication across teams.

As MDC Shift Supervisor, you will build customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for processing delivery orders. You will coordinate closely with field sales and warehouse teams throughout shipping. The position oversees associates, material-handling equipment, performance standards, and shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote protected work practices and resolve identified safety issues
- Coordinate delivery processing and shipping communications
- Coach associates on tasks, standards, and performance
- Lead pre-shift meetings,



safety briefings, and warm-up routines
- Complete reports and investigate accidents or product damage

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Supply chain experience in distribution or warehousing
- Logistics experience using WMS and RF technology
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to regularly lift up to fifty pounds
