This full time, salaried Owner/General Manager position oversees daily shop operations, financial performance, and long-term growth. You will work with the majority owner on budgets, objectives, and growth plans while managing mechanics, service delivery, customer relationships, and business performance. A solid mechanical background and practical leadership experience are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage shop operations, staffing, scheduling, and customer commitments
