We're looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our founding team and help bring this vision to life. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership, represent the Mitsubishi brand, and help shape the experience our customers will remember.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide clients through their vehicle-buying journey, making the experience welcoming, transparent, and enjoyable from the first conversation to delivery and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.

- Guide clients through vehicle selection, product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

- Clearly communicate vehicle features, benefits, and ownership options to help customers make informed decisions.

- Work closely with the Finance team to support a smooth purchase process and present available financing and protection options.

- Proactively follow up with current leads, current customers, and past guests to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.

- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-up in the dealership's CRM and other systems.

- Work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, and community connections.

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Administration to deliver a seamless customer experience.





- Participate in dealership events, training, and marketing initiatives while helping build the Dartmouth Mitsubishi brand.

- Maintain a professional, organized showroom and ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package (commission and performance bonus ranging from $50,000-80,000+)
