Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned automotive finance professional who brings more than solid sales performance.



The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can motivate others, build relationships, and contribute to the success of the entire dealership.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Extensive experience in automotive financial services, with a demonstrated track record of success

- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

- Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, insurance products, and lender relationships

- Demonstrated ability to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

- Ability to support team growth, improve processes, and drive performance

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Professional, motivated, and confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment

- Valid VSA licence and BC Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract

- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional finance performance and customer experiences

- Present and close vehicle financing, insurance, and protection products while maximizing profitability

- Coach, mentor, and support sales team members to strengthen their understanding of financing and leasing programs
