- Keep the store clean, organized, well-merchandised, and customer-ready.
- Ensure cannabis regulations and store procedures are followed.
- Step up and lead the store when the Store Manager is away.
- Help create a positive, supportive, and accountable team environment.

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
- Previous supervisory, keyholder, or management experience is preferred.
- A genuine interest in leading people and developing your management skills.
- Strong customer service and sales instincts.
- A positive, hands-on approach - you're comfortable jumping in wherever the team needs you.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership when you're leading the store.
- Cannabis retail experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required provincial cannabis certification.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

How We Work
