Volkswagen Moncton is looking for a bilingual Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor's role is to provide our customers with a great experience. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Volkswagen brand.

This role pays a combination of an hourly wage and commission/bonus.

Responsibilities





- Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer

- Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services

- Schedule service work in the service department

- Explain the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers

- Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software

- Bilingual in English and French is a requirement

- High school diploma or GED is required

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Likes helping people

- Good work ethic

- Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract
