Schedule

Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 1 year of dental administration experience.

Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry,



and other administrative responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers.

Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.

A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency.

A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced setting.
