Our client is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead (Service Now) for a contract role: Start date: November 2026 End date: April 30, 2027 (6 months contract) Location & work model: Montreal, QC – Hybrid preferred Language: French required (Bilingual) Context: The client is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead who can drive a complex Service

Now program end-to-end , manage distributed teams including offshore in India, challenge delivery at a technical level, and navigate a complex banking environment.

This chance supports a retail banking transformation across operations, branches, contact centre, and support teams leveraging Service

Now FSO.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
