The Executive Director leads the community and multiple teams while supporting residents and families. Responsibilities include daily operations, administration, sales and marketing, budgeting, hiring, and performance management. The role also connects with community partners and promotes hospitality within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of all resident services
- Promote resident choice and resident-centered values
- Lead, coach, and mentor multiple teams
- Manage hiring, performance, discipline,



and termination
- Maximize revenue and control expenses against budget

Requirements:

- Previous retirement, residential care, or hospitality experience
- Prior management and team lead experience
- Proven administration, sales, and marketing performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of seniors’ needs and relevant legislation
