This temporary full time role supports Housing and Community Growth’s Building Division for up to one year. Reporting to a Manager or Supervisor, you will analyze business requirements, improve applications, and coordinate solutions with users, management, process improvement teams, ITS, and vendors. Your work will help develop functionality that meets business needs and improves services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify system requirements with process improvement teams
- Analyze business requirements for solution development projects
- Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and process documentation




- Coordinate user acceptance testing and update test cases
- Resolve application issues with Information Technology Services

Requirements:

- Advanced three-year diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent
- Four years providing business function analysis using enterprise systems
- Ability to write, interpret, and modify complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of systems analysis and web-based business applications
- Power BI, Yellowfin, Amanda, or SharePoint experience preferred

Use systems analysis, SQL, reporting, and enterprise application expertise to improve services across the Building Division.
