As Maintenance Manager, you will guide housekeeping and maintenance support for a retirement community. You will partner with the Executive Director and residence leadership team to support resident satisfaction and a positive living experience. The position requires building systems knowledge, technical repairs, and proactive equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support
- Perform hands-on environmental tasks and repairs when required
- Maintain building condition, equipment reliability, and performance

Requirements:

- Minimum three years environmental services or maintenance experience
- Building systems knowledge, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC
- Experience managing and leading a team preferred
- Facility management program enrollment or trades license
- JHSC and working-at-heights certification or willingness to obtain
