Lead flexible learning programs at Saskatchewan Polytechnic while guiding staff, managing operations, and coordinating delivery across multiple locations.

As Manager, Flexible Learning, you will lead the Centre for Continuing Education and support shared strategic priorities. You will supervise Continuing Education Consultants, Administrators, and support staff. The work includes planning, implementation, integration, and coordination of adaptable learning courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide, supervise, direct, and coach approximately thirty-five employees
- Manage staffing, recruitment, selection, orientation, training, discipline, and development
- Coordinate flexible learning strategies and plans with academic leaders
- Monitor enrolments, fiscal resources, risks,



and staffing requirements
- Travel across Saskatchewan to support implementation and change management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
- Five years of relevant management-level experience
- Experience supervising employees is desired
- Experience managing in a unionized environment is desired
- Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and occasionally out of province
