The Senior Privacy Counsel independently advises business and legal leaders on complex privacy issues. You will support Technology, Digital, Asset Protection, and APAC partners while interpreting global privacy changes. The work includes risk-based guidance, product counsel, incident response, and stakeholder education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct advice on complex global privacy laws and regulations
- Guide incident response and manage outside counsel
- Complete risk assessments for critical business initiatives
- Revise privacy policies with Cybersecurity partners
- Explain legislative changes to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of privacy legal experience
- Experience advising NAM and APAC regional teams
- Admission to a bar or in-house registration ability
- Knowledge of CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and APAC laws
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
