As a Junior AI Native Engineer, you will work with multidisciplinary teams designing, prototyping, and building intelligent digital products. The work combines application architecture, APIs, testing, debugging, version control, CI/CD, model APIs, retrieval, and cloud services. You will help turn emerging AI capabilities into dependable solutions for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and ship AI-native applications for real-world use cases
- Build generative AI applications using models and agentic architectures
- Create RAG solutions with embeddings, search, and vector databases
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs,



databases, and enterprise systems
- Evaluate AI quality, accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost

Requirements:

- Two to four years of software engineering experience
- Solid architecture, API, testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building with generative AI
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompting, context, and structured outputs
- Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or vector databases
