Lead community care as a Clinical Supervisor with ParaMed in Huntsville or Gravenhurst, Ontario, using assessment and team supervision skills. This full time position supports safe, ethical service.

The Clinical Supervisor oversees PSWs and HSWs caring for community clients. You will assess, implement, and evaluate clinical interventions while supporting nursing documentation and funder requirements. The work includes patient engagement, health teaching, staff coaching, and safety investigation leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise PSWs and HSWs across community care services
- Resolve concerns from patients, families, staff, and team members
- Lead huddles, meetings, and individual staff discussions




- Investigate patient safety incidents and document action plans
- Support clinical documentation and funder reporting submissions

Requirements:

- Current unrestricted RN or RPN registration in Ontario
- At least five years practicing as an RN or RPN
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
