Hub & AI-Assisted Development Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite Job Type: Full Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Content Developer to modernize technical documentation and improve knowledge sources used by chatbots and AI-enabled applications.

The role focuses on converting and migrating Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats, developing automation utilities, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance documentation quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have robust scripting and automation skills, experience with Confluence and Git-based repositories, and a solid understanding of documentation management practices.

Ops teams to maintain reliable, structured, and accessible chatbot knowledge sources.

Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources.

Convert Confluence pages into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats.

Leverage Git

Hub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve documentation quality, structure, and consistency.

Develop and enhance automation scripts for content conversion, transformation, and migration.

Maintain and manage documentation in Git, Git

Hub, Bitbucket, or similar source control repositories.

Collaborate with engineering and Dev





Ops teams to improve chatbot knowledge sources and documentation workflows.

Troubleshoot documentation issues involving formatting, hyperlinks, images, metadata, and content structure.

Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices.

Support documentation migration, version control, and ongoing content maintenance.

Contribute to documentation automation and continuous integration workflows.

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in scripting, software development, and automation using Python (preferred) or Java.

Hands-on experience with Markdown and documentation-as-code practices.

Experience with Confluence administration, content organization, page structures, and content migration.

Proficiency with Git, Git

Hub, Bitbucket, or similar source control management platforms.

Experience developing automation scripts and content transformation utilities.

Hands-on experience with Git

Hub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

Understanding of developer documentation standards and structured knowledge management.

Strong written communication, technical writing, and documentation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, development, and Dev

Ops teams.

Preferred Skills Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev

Ops practices.

Exposure to Backstage, Tech

Docs, or similar developer documentation portals.

Experience improving technical knowledge sources for chatbots or AI-powered applications.

Familiarity with automated documentation validation and publishing workflows.
