Our client is seeking a Commercial & Farm Insurance Broker to join a busy team in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.

This is a hybrid role, you’ll take on a portion of an established book and support a mix of commercial and farm clients ranging from hobby farms to larger, more complex operations.

Compensation Base salary based on experience between $60,000–$75,000, negotiable Annual performance bonus Benefits & Perks Employer-paid health & dental advantages Pension plan 3 weeks vacation to start 1 volunteer day 10 sick days plus 4 wellness days 100% professional development coverage for relevant courses Responsibilities Service, quote, and advise commercial and farm clients (property, auto, farm risks) Manage relationships across an existing book of business Handle renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and day-to-day client support Support walk-in clients and collaborate closely with the team Contribute to new business through relationship management and community presence Qualifications Must have Alberta insurance license Level 1,



Level 2 preferred Commercial insurance brokerage experience Farm insurance experience strongly preferred Ideally 3–5 years experience across commercial property, commercial auto, and farm EPIC experience is a strong asset Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills Comfortable working from the Wetaskiwin office on required in-office days At Aplin — together with our brands Compu
